1. Agreement to Terms

By using the services provided by Asta Detailing, you (the "Client") agree to abide by the terms and conditions outlined below. If you do not agree with these terms, you must refrain from using our services. This agreement is between Asta Detailing ("we", "us", or "our") and the Client who engages in any of our detailing services.

2. Services Provided

Asta Detailing offers a wide range of detailing services, including but not limited to:

- Interior Detailing

- Exterior Detailing

- Cut and Polish

- Paint Correction

- Ceramic Coating

- Full Detail Packages

Each service includes specific processes and products designed to enhance and protect your vehicle. Services provided are as described on our website or as mutually agreed upon in writing.

3. Booking and Payment

To secure a detailing appointment, a deposit or full payment may be required depending on the service requested. All payment terms will be provided prior to booking. We accept payment via credit card, bank transfer, and other methods as agreed.

- Deposit: A deposit is required to confirm your booking. This deposit is non-refundable unless canceled with sufficient notice.

- Full Payment: Payment for services is due upon completion unless otherwise arranged.

- Cancellation: If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, a minimum of 12 hours is required. Failure to do so may result in a forfeiture of your deposit.

4. Client Responsibilities

Clients are required to:

- Remove Personal Belongings: All personal items, valuables, and fragile items should be removed from the vehicle prior to the detailing service. Asta Detailing is not responsible for any items left in the vehicle.

- Provide Accurate Information: You must provide accurate and complete information regarding the condition of your vehicle (e.g., pre-existing damage, previous treatments, etc.).

- Access to Vehicle: You must ensure that your vehicle is accessible at the scheduled time of service. Any delays in vehicle availability may affect the completion time of your service.

5. Service Limitations and Liability

While Asta Detailing takes every precaution to ensure the highest level of service and care, the following limitations apply:

- Pre-existing Damage: Asta Detailing is not responsible for any pre-existing damage or imperfections in your vehicle’s paint, interior, or exterior surfaces.

- Potential Risks: Detailing involves the use of various products and techniques, and while we strive for perfection, minor imperfections, surface scratches, or slight product reactions may occur.

- Chemical Products: We use professional-grade products, but some vehicles may require special treatment based on the material or surface. The Client acknowledges that Asta Detailing cannot guarantee that all imperfections will be removed.

Asta Detailing is not responsible for any damage or injury that occurs during or after the detailing service unless caused by negligence or failure to follow agreed-upon guidelines.

6. Liability Waiver

As a condition of using our services, you agree to sign a Liability Waiver that outlines the risks associated with detailing services. The waiver must be signed prior to the start of the service, confirming your understanding of the risks involved.

7. Privacy Policy

Asta Detailing values your privacy and will never share, sell, or disclose your personal information to third parties without your consent, except as required by law. Any personal information you provide during booking (such as your name, vehicle details, and contact information) is used solely to provide our services and improve your customer experience.

8. Warranty and Guarantees

While Asta Detailing strives for excellence in all services, we do not offer a warranty for damage caused by external factors (e.g., environmental conditions, accidents, or misuse). For certain services like ceramic coatings or paint protection, Asta Detailing may offer limited warranties based on the product manufacturer’s guidelines, which will be detailed at the time of service.

9. Dispute Resolution

In the event of any dispute between Asta Detailing and the Client, both parties agree to first attempt to resolve the issue through informal negotiation. If a resolution cannot be reached, the dispute will be resolved through arbitration or mediation in accordance with the laws of Australia . All legal proceedings shall be held in Melbourne, Victoria Australia.

10. Modifications to Terms

Asta Detailing reserves the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website, and it is your responsibility to review the terms regularly. Continued use of our services after any changes to the Terms of Service indicates your acceptance of those changes.
